Look no further for THE BEST power washing company in Richmond, Va. Braxton the owner was very responsive when I called him about power washing my deck. He showed up at my door within 40 mins. of us speaking on the phone. He asked," had anyone ever suggested to you that your driveway needed power washing as well?" I told him no, I had never been asked that. Short story this young man came on Memorial Day at 8:00 A.M. sharp just like he said he would to power wash the deck and my driveway. He did an incredible job!! I was delighted with Braxton‘s work. We’ve gotten tired of doing this ourselves, and he was recommended to us by a few of our neighbors. He is neat and clean and eager to do a good job! You have all heard before, “you get what you pay for!”…Well, not with Braxton!! First let me start by saying somebody raised this young man right, and what an absolute pleasure to conduct business with him. Now, as for the roof cleaning- reasonably priced and affordable, very effective - honestly the roof looks brand new, stains are gone, shingles are clean. But Braxton didn’t stop there! He cleaned the brick chimney, (which was black) and a couple of other areas on the house. Then, he expressed concerns about a couple areas of the roof and applied a second application. This gentleman would not leave until he felt completely satisfied we would be impressed with the service. Afterwards, Braxton took a moment to educate me on the solution they use and what to expect over the next couple of weeks as the rain must do its part. Braxton is such a thoughtful, talented professional: he’s always very clear on what he’s going to do and what it will affect, and he’s extremely receptive to feedback if you need to let him know about little “quirks” to be aware of while he’s working.Plus, he never tries to upsell me on services I don’t need, and on at least one occasion, he’s recommended that we do less work that I’d planned just because it wouldn’t be necessary! (When I wanted to get my gutters cleaned six months after one cleaning, he advocated in favor of eight months to give the leaves more time to fall.)Right now, Blue Chip cleans my gutters and power washes my house, and I couldn’t be more thrilled with the level of service.
